Warranty

Free 2 year warranty on new IMC machinery excludes consumables such as blade and grit etc. If you have any questions about warranties, please contact us.

Return of Goods

Any Goods which have been specially ordered for a Buyer are non-returnable unless defective. All other Goods will incur a 20% restocking charge and must be returned at Buyers cost.

Any Goods which are returned will only be accepted, subject to the above within 7 days of delivery to the Buyer provided that the Goods are returned unused and in perfect condition.

The Buyer must contact the Company for authorisation to return Goods within 48 Hours of Delivery. Any Good returned without authorisation will be rejected and returned to the Buyer
at their cost.
